Terms and Conditions

Eligibility Period:

The Contract value for deals must be associated with new clients and should be registered between February 1st and April 15th to qualify for this campaign.

Commission Structure:

The existing commission/payout structure will remain active throughout the life of the client.

The commissions mentioned in this Tax Season Booster campaign are applicable in addition to the regular commissions earned by partners for One-time payment only.

Deal Criteria:

Only fresh deals closed during the tax season (February 1st to April 15th) are eligible for the accelerated commission rates and bonuses mentioned in this campaign.

The deal amounts mentioned in the New Customer Acquisition Bonus are based on the contract value:

• For deals with a contract value between $500 and $1000 on MRR, Referrers will receive a commission of $250 one time.
• For deals with a contract value between $100 and $500 on MRR, Referrers will receive a commission of $150 one time.

Accelerators for Large Deals:

Partners will receive an additional one-time 10% commission for deals exceeding $1,000 in MRR contract value.

Product Bundle Commissions:

Partners will earn a one-time extra 15% commission for selling a product bundled package including QuickBooks hosting, managed security services and BaaS.

Campaign Duration:

This campaign offer is valid until April 15th. Starting from April 16th, the regular payout scheme will be reinstated until further notice.

Termination of Offer:

The Booster benefits will no longer be applicable after the expiration date I.e 15th of April.

Partners’ Compliance:

Partners are required to adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and the terms and conditions

Modification of Terms:

The company reserves the right to modify or terminate this campaign at any time, with or without notice, and partners will be bound by the terms in effect at the time of deal closure.

By participating in this ad hoc campaign, partners acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
