- After choosing Outlook Data File (.pst), press Next.
- After selecting the top-most folder and selecting Include subfolders, click Next.
- Make sure the checkbox for Do not export duplicate items is checked. Select Browse in the menu.
- Before clicking OK, choose a location for the.pst file export.
- Press Finish.
- A password box will show up. Don’t fill in anything; just hit “OK”. A password that has been generated and forgotten cannot be recovered. We suggest leaving this blank.
