OnTheClock sends employee time details to the QuickBooks Desktop through an Importer Tool. Here is how you do it.
Download the OntheClock Importer Tool.
Open QuickBooks, go to the Employee Center, and double-click on an employee's name. Check the box "Use time data to create paychecks".
Go to Edit → Preference → Time and Expenses. Select Yes in "Do you Track Time".
In QB, allow access to the Importer Tool.
